Hands-On Challenges

0 minutes. 4 people per team. One brief: make something beautiful with light.
The workshop challenged participants to build decorative luminaires from scratch — pendant forms, desk lights, woven bamboo, mosquito netting, and whatever else the table offered.
No overthinking. Just hands, materials, and instinct.
Then came the second challenge: compose a scene using only three lights. One setup. Infinite creative interpretations.
The results? Keren. Kreatif. Completely unexpected.
This is what happens when lighting stops being a technical subject and becomes a creative one — and when the right people are in the room together.
With that another game challenge also was a part of the weekend. Participants were handed a single light and asked to create a scene — then photograph it.
That was the entire brief.
What followed was pure creative instinct.
